About Eva
For Eva yoga means to immerse yourself in the here and now through conscious movement. To arrive at yourself and feel what is and what could be. Eva loves to guide her students in an undogmatic way through versatile movement, breathing and meditation while acknowledging that everybody is different. Her creative and balanced sequences soothe the nervous system and leave you nourished.
Eva discovered yoga as a practice for herself in 2009 and chose to become a teacher in 2020. Since then she has completed 600 hours of training at Berlin based Element Yoga (Anusara inspired yoga embracing the 5 Ayurvedic elements), taught private, group and corporate yoga in Berlin before moving to the Northern Beaches, where she now owns the Nourished Yoga studio in Terrey Hills.
