About Eva
Eva defines yoga as a means of immersing oneself in the present moment through conscious movement. Eva encourages her students to connect with their inner selves and experience both the present moment and the potential future. Eva enjoys guiding her students in a non-dogmatic manner, utilising versatile movement, breathing techniques, and meditation, all while acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual. Her creative and balanced sequences soothe the nervous system and leave you nourished.
Eva discovered yoga as a practice for herself in 2009 and chose to become a teacher in 2020. Since then, she has completed 600 hours of training at Berlin-based Element Yoga (Anusara-inspired yoga embracing the five Ayurvedic elements) and taught private, group, and corporate yoga in Berlin before moving to the Northern Beaches, where she now owns the Nourished Yoga studio in Terrey Hills.
