We are committed to assisting guests facing drug or alcohol-related charges through our residential rehabilitation facilities, as well as domestic or personal violence charges through our specialist psychological treatment plans.
To begin this process, we thoroughly review the guest’s charge sheet and criminal history. We then explore the guest’s unique and often complex history which may include drug and alcohol issues or physical health and lifestyle struggles. From this point onwards, we can prepare a robust letter of support to be used in legal proceedings, which may ensure the availability of a place in our residential recovery program upon your release to bail, or your engagement in our services in any other capacity.
We also provide the Court with a detailed outline of our comprehensive treatment program designed to address and mitigate any concerns the Court may have regarding your release into the community.
We understand the profound challenges associated with finding yourself in the legal system, including where you have been criminally charged. We provide specialist assistance with applications for bail and other release applications, providing crucial support to clients seeking rehabilitation facilities or treatment within our specialist wellness retreat.
