Our Rehab and Recovery Team

Meet the People Supporting Your Recovery

Recovery is deeply personal. At Tranquilo Wellness, your programme may bring together experienced professionals across medical care, psychological support, nutrition, movement and restorative therapies.

The people involved in your care are selected according to your circumstances, goals and stage of recovery.

A Collaborative Approach

Care That Works Together

Meaningful recovery rarely depends on one form of support. At Tranquilo Wellness, each programme brings together the people and therapies most relevant to the individual.

Depending on your circumstances, this may include medical oversight, psychological support, substance use education, nutrition, physical movement and selected complementary therapies.

Not every person works with every practitioner. The combination is shaped around your needs, personal goals and progress throughout your stay.

Core Recovery Support

Medical, Psychological and Substance Use Support

Professional guidance can help each person understand the challenges affecting their wellbeing and identify practical pathways forward. Tranquilo’s programme may include medical oversight, psychological care and substance use education, depending on the individual’s circumstances and recovery needs.

Personalised From the Beginning

A Team Shaped Around You

There is no fixed list of practitioners that every person sees. The professionals and therapies involved are selected according to your circumstances, recovery needs, personal goals and preferences.

As your needs change, the programme can be reviewed and adapted so that the support remains relevant throughout your time at Tranquilo.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out. A private conversation is enough to begin.

A private conversation helps us understand what is happening, what support you may need and what you hope to achieve.

  2. We Shape the Programme

The practitioners, therapies and activities most relevant to your circumstances are brought together within a personalised programme.

  3. We Review and Adapt

Your support can evolve as your wellbeing, confidence and recovery needs change.

Before You Begin

Questions About Your Care Team

It is natural to want to understand who may be involved in your care and how those decisions are made.

Your programme will be discussed with you, and you are welcome to ask about any practitioner, therapy or activity before getting started.

Will I work with every member of the team?

No. The people involved in your programme are selected according to your individual circumstances, health, goals and preferences. You will only work with the practitioners and services considered relevant to your needs.

How are practitioners selected for my programme?

Your programme begins with thoughtful conversations and assessment. This helps Tranquilo understand your current challenges, personal history, wellbeing and recovery goals before determining which forms of support may be appropriate.

Can my programme change during my stay?

Yes. Your needs may change as you progress, regain confidence or respond to different forms of support. Your programme can be reviewed and adapted throughout your time at Tranquilo.

Are complementary therapies and activities compulsory?

No. Complementary therapies and activities are selected carefully and discussed with you. Your comfort, physical abilities, interests and personal preferences are considered.

Can I learn more about a practitioner before beginning?

Yes. Each practitioner has an individual profile with further information about their background and approach. You can also ask the Tranquilo team to explain who may be involved and how their role fits within your programme.
